Fujistar Sustainable practices support ecological, human and economic health and vitality. Sustainability means meeting our own needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. In addition to natural resources, we also need social and economic resources. Sustainability is more than environmentalism. We also identified concerns about social equity and economic development. A variety of process programs and people at Fuji Star contribute to the development of the Sustainability plan, including faculty and staff involvement at multiple levels.
In Fujistar group, universal human rights and basic necessities are attainable by all people, who have access to enough resources in order to keep their families and communities healthy and secure. Fujistar policy ensures personal, labour and cultural rights are respected and all people are protected from discrimination. Fujistar employee sustainability is the current and future ability of workers to remain in the workforce. Fujistar has a healthy organizational culture that supports and values employees. A sustainable employee culture keeps employees engaged to the level needed to perform their jobs capably.
Environmental sustainability is the responsibility to conserve natural resources and protect global ecosystems to support health and wellbeing, now and in the future. Because so many decisions that impact the environment are not felt immediately, a key element of environmental sustainability is its forward-looking nature. Ecological integrity is maintained, all of earth’s environmental systems are kept in balance while natural resources within them are consumed by humans at a rate where they are able to replenish themselves. Fujistar keeps stable quality, forbid to waste.
