On 23th June, 2022, SANKYO RIKAGAKU CO., LTD has completed the transaction of acquiring 100% equity of ZIBO RIKEN MT COATED ABRASIVES CO., LTD and ZIBO SISHA MT COATED ABRASIVES CO., LTD. The name of ZIBO RIKEN MT COATED ABRASIVES CO.,LTD was officially changed to ZIBO SANKYO RIKAGAKU CO., LTD. The name of ZIBO SISHA MT COATED ABRASIVES CO., LTD remained unchanged. Since today, ZIBO SANKYO RIKAGAKU CO., LTD and ZIBO SISHA MT COATED ABRASIVES CO., LTD have officially become wholly-owned subsidiaries of SANKYO RIKAGAKU CO., LTD.
Through this acquisition, Sankyo Rikagaku has production or sales bases in Japan (Okegawa-shi, Saitama), China (Zibo and Changzhou), the United States, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, and will integrate the production capacity, technology, sanding information, and sales and service channels of each subsidiary to achieve synergy and further strengthen the overall competitiveness of the group, and strive to achieve the goal of "becoming the No. 1 sanding system and solution provider in Asia".
